Less Meetings, Video and the WEB Improve Communication |

When the Wappingers Falls Civic Association started in 2006 members were frustrated with the lack of information flowing from village governmnet to residents. At time village board meetings seemed to be more entertaining than informative of what our government was doing. Since that time Mayor Alexander and the village board have made great strides in reaching out and creating an informed citizenry. The shroud of secrecy has been lifted.

Wappingers Falls Civic Association Gets New President |

Charles Ferry stepped down as president of the WFCA citing his recent appointment as the Villages Police Commissioner. The Associations vice president, Anthony Vetrano, was appointed by the membership to fill the vacant position. The membership also appointed Lori Ferry as vice president.
